Life Sucks

I bet you been feeling it too, just like me, but depression is a trend. My head is in a constant mash, I feel like I’m often having this out of the body experience, a need to escape reality. I’m down for no reason. No one is attacking me physically but my mental state is crumbling.

But I need to stay positive, need to keep my spirit up and the first thing I did, change my desktop background into this warm autumn photo. (See post cover above.)

But for now, I’m going to take a trip inside my brain and make a deal with some dark dark person.

I’m so sorry you feel this way Jessica, I know it’s not easy, I’ve been there too. But don’t look down, look up, at the fire red sunset, the golden morning country sunrise, the little squirrel scampering across the fallen leaves looking for acorns, the tender little flower, the cold mountain stream, or the comedy duo of Steve and Muffin, always good for a laugh or 3!😂😹 Hope you perk up real fast!😁😃🍁 Meow, meow=me say so too, want big, big smiles on my bestest friend! I send best purr and big hug for you!😸😻😻

Haha 😀 Although, I prefer sunsets, the way you describe early morning sounds so enchanting 🥰
Thank you for both of you! I feel better now. Sending you both a warm hugs 🤗❤️

Knowing myself it will only last for a while, but what I hope the most are that those rabbit holes completely stay out of my way.
Thank you so much for your kind words Rob, it truly warms my heart 💞

Yes, it happens to me too to be down without any obvious reason 🥺…I guess our mind is in continuous turmoil and sometimes says enough 🤯
Important is to always find the bright side and remember that we’re humans unfortunately 😖 (a cyborg I guess will not have these issues 🤪).
When I’m like this I try to cheer me up with things I like…eating something good, baking something, enjoying nature, finding a new activity or exercise or reading…is always helpful!
I hope this time will fly and you’ll find happiness soon 🤩
I’m with you, even if not in person 🤗💕
    💕🎀🤗🌸

So true, l need to keep my eyes on the bright side. I laugh at cyborg part haha 😀
Eating and reading like there’s no tomorrow (and gaining weight🤪) helps me out a lot.
And thank you for being there Ribby 💗 Your words alone helps a lot 🙂

It happens to me too.. some fine day for no reason it just ruins the day..
What I do is meet my close ones and be with them the whole day or else put on head phone and forget world exists..

I think in these pandemic times, people who are of a more melancholy disposition to begin with feel even more depressed in these times.

    I hope things imrove soon.

That’s a nice looking picture of Anthony Perkins as Norman Bates the owner of the Bates Motel in the 1960 Alfred Hitchcock film Psycho you have there, Jessica.

Do you ever think of him in the shower?

If you ever saw the movie, you’ll get the joke I just made there.

    • Jessica E. Larsen

      So true. Thanks Chris.
And as much as I want to get the jokes, I’m actually a scared to watch the movie, even if I really like him in the picture here.

      • Dracul Van Helsing

Surprisingly, I’ve never seen the movie myself although I’ve heard and read a lot about it.

But I’ve been told by people who’ve seen it that it’s a pretty scary movie.

The guy who was my best friend when I attended University told me that he was so scared by one scene in the movie that he’s been afraid to murder a woman in the shower ever since.

        I believe he was joking.

At least I hope he was.

Just reading your comment made my heart jump to my throat. Nope, no. I almost wanted to see but I’m not watching it anymore.

Those occasional visits to dark places can also yield very important life lessons. Especially in times like these and especially when you learn how to find that way back.
Hope you feel better soon though 🙂

Thank you so much. I love your way of looking at it, especially about learning to find the way back. I believe finding the path back is most important too.
