And so November ends

Unlike the main character of my book. We can’t go back in time. Even though I want to brag about finishing a novel in one month, I only manage to write 32K of In Another Time, my novel for 50K milestone of NaNoWriMo.

Sad, but I have to give up on that winning badge this year.

But as Steven King said…

“Talent is cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.”

I will keep writing it and hopefully finish drafting it before the year ends.

I’ll still update about it now and then here in my blog and if you’re in the mood to read a bit about the story, you can read the blurb at https://diaryofaconfusewriter.com/book/in-another-time/

And teasers here: In Another Time Teaser / Another Teaser / Third Teaser’s a charm!

Thank you so much for those who tirelessly supported me through this from the start of NaNoWrimo and gave encouraging comments: Simon, Christopher, Ribana, Tippy, and a few others who had given their precious time.

Hugs and kisses,

Sometimes the time is tricking us…we never have enough!
But don’t be sad! You’re a wonderful and very talented writer! You’ll finish the story and it will be a success 🤩 Just keep going 🤗💕😉

    Sometimes things happen, Jessica.

I must saying reading those chapters you did post, I thought they were excellent chapters.

They were so good, in fact I’d probably buy the book when you finish it and publish it.

I think I told you when I read those chapters, I love books and movies on the theme of time travel.

In fact last night I wrote a poem about time travel.

Well time travel in a certain sense.

And speaking of time travel, have you ever seen the early 1980s movie Somewhere In Time that starred Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour?

It was an excellent romantic film on the theme of time travel.

That just made my day! Thanks Chris <3

Yes, I've seen Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour film, I love it so much ❤️

I paused the film and bawled my eyes out when I though they won't make it together, but the ending was satisfying enough. My biggest memory of the film though is my huge crush on Christopher Reeve. He looked like a giant compare to Jane Seymour, yet so gentle... I should watch it again 🤭
